latitude is hiring an Architectural Drafter for our Longwood office in Seminole County, Florida. Join a well-established architectural design firm and contribute to residential and light commercial projects in the greater Orlando area.

About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team in a full-time, onsite position. You'll work on projects ranging from single-family residences and townhome communities to select light commercial developments, helping bring architectural visions to life through detailed technical drawings and design documentation.

What You'll Do

• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documents for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with architects and design leads to translate design concepts into buildable plans
• Prepare drawings for builder-series residential projects, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums
• Support light commercial project work as assigned
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with building codes and industry standards
• Organize and manage project documentation and drawing sets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar technical role
• Strong proficiency with architectural design software and drafting tools
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards
• Ability to produce clear, precise technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
