Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential aerospace technology organization in Brunswick, is seeking a Working Student to support their talent acquisition operations. In this role, you will help maintain the end-to-end recruiting pipeline and ensure candidates have an excellent experience from first contact through onboarding.

Your day-to-day work includes:

  • Supporting execution of initial interviews to assess cultural alignment
  • Monitoring and coordinating the interview process to keep timelines on track and stakeholders informed
  • Preparing onboarding documentation for new hires
  • Processing and evaluating application questionnaires with AI-assisted tools
  • Supporting preparation of technical and commercial interview challenges for candidates
  • Coordinating scheduling between candidates and hiring teams using Microsoft Bookings
  • Ensuring timely candidate processing in HR software (Personio)
  • Supporting the recruiting team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Legal, Business or related field, or at least 2 years of experience as a working student
  • Available onsite in Brunswick, ideally 20 hours per week, starting immediately
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented approach to working with sensitive information
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English
  • Confident use of MS Office (SharePoint, Bookings)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Initial experience in HR, recruiting or people operations
  • Recruiting experience in fast-paced companies with deep-tech products
  • Experience with German (and Spanish) labour law
