Werkstudent Store Promoter Hannover (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential spirits brand with a flagship retail location in Hannover. As a working student Store Promoter, you will act as a passionate brand ambassador, creating memorable shopping experiences through expert product consultation and driving successful sales conversions.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Proactively engaging customers at the door with genuine enthusiasm and entertainment
• Delivering personalized product recommendations that transform browsing into buying
• Taking ownership of inventory ordering and daily cash reconciliation
• Contributing creative ideas and hands-on support for in-store events and tasting experiences
• Maintaining store operations to ensure a premium customer environment

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates who bring energy, sales instinct, and people skills to every shift. The ideal profile includes:

• Prior experience in retail sales or hospitality (strongly preferred)
• A genuine passion for active selling and face-to-face communication
• An extroverted personality with a proactive, "maker" mentality
• Comfort approaching strangers and building rapport quickly
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Current enrollment as a student (Werkstudent position)
