Responsibilities
Our client, a fast-scaling technology company in Munich, is seeking a Working Student to support their Finance and Accounting team. In this role, you will:
- Validate and review incoming invoices within the company's financial management system
- Coordinate and manage the complete invoice workflow from receipt through processing
- Prepare and issue outgoing invoices to customers and partners
- Maintain invoice data with attention to completeness and accuracy
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries and discrepancies
- Support ongoing optimization and improvement of invoicing processes
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Confident working with MS Office, especially Excel
- Careful, structured, and independent working style
- Good German and English language skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounting or invoicing roles
- Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting and workflow management tools
