Working Student (m/f/x) Finance and Accounting

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in Munich that is building the future of automated production systems. Our talent team is seeking a Working Student (m/f/x) Finance and Accounting to join their finance operations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll own critical invoice workflows from start to finish. You'll work directly with a lean finance team in a fast-scaling environment, gaining real exposure to how financial processes are built and optimized in a publicly listed organization. This isn't just data entry—you'll have genuine input on improving systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Validate and review incoming invoices in the company's accounting platform (Moss)
• Coordinate and manage the complete invoice workflow end-to-end
• Prepare and issue outgoing invoices to customers and partners
• Maintain invoice data with high accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice-related queries
• Support continuous improvement of invoicing processes and systems

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled student, ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
• Careful, structured, and independent working style
• Good German and English language skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in accounting or invoicing
• Familiarity with Moss or similar accounting/workflow tools
