Senior Technical Solution Consultant (d/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing technology organization seeking a Senior Technical Solution Consultant. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical implementation and client success:

• Coordinate internal project workflows with project management and quality assurance teams
• Lead technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for software solutions in direct collaboration with clients
• Provide consultation and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Support the sales process through RFI and RFP responses, as well as creating and presenting sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in the application and maintenance of implemented systems

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who combines technical expertise with strong client-facing skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Digital Asset Management and workflow systems, as well as Web Content Management solutions (Web-CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong proficiency with standard Adobe programs
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience in systems such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar platforms
• Affinity for structured work with system solutions and high quality standards
• Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to new subject areas
• Open, approachable personality with strong customer orientation
• Professional communication skills with clients and vendors, along with confident presentation abilities
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary environments within a young, dynamic team
• Self-starter who brings ideas, takes ownership, and drives initiatives forward
• Willingness to continue learning, particularly on-the-job with technically advanced systems
• Fluent German (minimum C1 level) and good English proficiency required
