Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing Technology (d/f/m)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketing technology consultancy seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their Hamburg-based team. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-level marketing technology solutions for international clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for marketing technology software solutions in direct collaboration with clients
• Coordinate internal project activities with project management and quality assurance teams
• Implement and configure enterprise marketing technology systems during system rollouts and proof-of-concept phases
• Provide consulting and support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support sales processes including RFI/RFP responses and preparation and delivery of sales demonstrations
• Ensure project delivery meets timeline and budget requirements
• Train and support clients in system application and ongoing maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Digital Asset Management, workflow systems, and Web Content Management solutions
• Strong technical proficiency with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Very good knowledge of common Adobe programs
• Ideally specialized in content or publishing solutions with experience in platforms such as Aprimo, censhare, Marmind, OrangeLogic, or similar enterprise systems
• Affinity for structured work with complex system solutions and high quality standards
• Quick learner able to rapidly master new technical domains
• Open, approachable personality with strong client-facing communication skills
• Confident presentation abilities and professional communication with customers and vendors
• Enthusiasm for working in interdisciplinary environments within dynamic teams
• Proactive mindset with willingness to contribute ideas and take ownership
• Commitment to continuous learning, particularly on-the-job with sophisticated technical systems
• Negotiation-level German (minimum C1) and good English proficiency required
