Working Student – Content and Data Management (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency in their search for a detail-oriented Working Student to support content operations and data management. This Berlin-based role offers hands-on experience maintaining digital product content across multiple platforms, ensuring data quality and supporting efficient content workflows.

As part of the content operations team, you'll work with CMS, PIM, and DAM systems to maintain accurate product information and digital assets. This position is ideal for a student seeking practical experience in digital content management while contributing to real campaign launches and cross-market content consistency.

Responsibilities

• Support content maintenance activities across digital platforms including CMS, PIM, and DAM based on defined briefs
• Clean, archive, and reorganize digital assets according to established guidelines
• Link assets correctly within PIM environments following DAM uploads
• Execute bulk content updates, migrations, and data validation activities
• Perform quality checks and verify that content displays correctly per specifications
• Maintain tracking documentation in Excel for updates and changes
• Follow documented processes and governance rules carefully
• Provide regular progress updates and escalate blockers promptly
• Document recurring issues to support continuous process improvements
• Identify and flag missing information or data inconsistencies in briefs

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university with at least one year remaining in your program
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality data
• Process-oriented approach with ownership mindset
• Basic Excel skills and structured data competency
• Ability to understand data relationships, dependencies, and troubleshoot issues
• Proactive communication skills, especially when encountering blockers or inconsistencies
• Technical affinity with interest in digital systems and content tools
• Comfortable reading documentation and applying guidelines carefully
• Ability to work independently after onboarding while knowing when to seek support
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning digital content operations

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS Tridion, PIM, DAM, or similar content management systems
• Previous work with custom digital interfaces or content tools
• Interest in AI-supported workflows
