About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential consulting organization specializing in enterprise software solutions for real estate and facility management. Our talent team is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to support their clients in the Berlin area with technical property management implementations and advisory services.
This is a senior-level role combining SAP expertise with real estate industry knowledge, offering opportunities to work on complex implementations, quality assurance, and client training initiatives. You'll collaborate with clients on maintenance planning, construction project management, and controlling processes.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on SAP implementations for maintenance, construction planning, and construction controlling processes
- Perform analysis, development, and implementation tasks within SAP projects focused on technical property management
- Ensure quality assurance of SAP solutions and proprietary real estate management software
- Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops; provide ongoing support to key users
- Contribute to project planning and execution, with growth potential toward partial project leadership roles
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and/or construction sector
- Ideally, previous experience in a consulting capacity
- Strong working knowledge of at least one SAP component: MM (Materials Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), or PS (Project System)
- Openness to new technologies and innovative solution approaches; ability to introduce these actively in client projects
- Fluent German language skills required for client-facing communication
- Team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and collaborative work environments
