Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization based in Munich that is transforming complex business workflows through modern cloud technology. Our client is building a platform that serves over 100,000 users managing data-intensive processes across accounting, operations, and enterprise management.

As their product scales, they need a Senior Product Designer to take ownership of critical platform areas and transform complex, data-heavy workflows into intuitive experiences that users rely on daily. You'll work directly with the Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineering teams to drive design initiatives from problem discovery through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product design across key platform areas from initial problem discovery to final implementation
• Translate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs that clearly communicate solutions
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure concepts are technically feasible and shippable
• Contribute to and continuously improve the design system, including reusable components, patterns, and documentation
• Use customer insights, product context, and feedback to challenge assumptions and refine existing experiences
• Support other designers by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and strengthening overall design quality

What We're Looking For

• 7–9 years of hands-on Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS products
• Experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as ERP systems, business software, or comparable applications
• Strong UX thinking combined with excellent UI skills and experience working with scalable design systems
• High proficiency in Figma and comfort using modern AI and prototyping tools to accelerate design processes
• Understanding of front-end development constraints and collaborative experience working with engineers
• Ability to take ownership of complex problems and confidently drive them from exploration through to high-quality solutions
• Confident communication skills in both German and English
• Comfort working in international, cross-functional environments
