About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Workbook Maintenance Evaluator for a remote contract role based in Australia. Our client is developing next-generation AI systems and requires experienced professionals to ensure the quality of AI-generated spreadsheet artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated spreadsheet artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in workbooks and data outputs
- Provide clear, structured written feedback on quality issues and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in spreadsheet QA or workbook maintenance
- Native or professional fluency in English
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheet and presentation tools
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution
