About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support their sales and operations coordination. This role offers direct client contact from day one and insight into how sustainable energy solutions are brought to market across Germany.

Our client is scaling rapidly across multiple European locations and needs organized, communicative team members who can bridge customer engagement with technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial contact with potential customers and pre-qualify incoming leads for the sales team
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments for consultations and on-site assessments, managing rescheduling independently
• Persistently yet professionally obtain missing documentation and technical photos from customers (electrical panels, rooftops, heating systems)
• Ensure complete handover of customer information and technical details from sales to installation teams
• Support process optimization between commercial and operational departments

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently enrolled at a university (field of study is secondary to your motivation)
• Strong communication skills with genuine enjoyment of phone-based customer interaction
• Quick comprehension of technical requirements and ability to identify which information operations teams need
• Goal-oriented work style with proactive follow-up habits until all documentation is complete
• Structured approach and ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints simultaneously
• German language proficiency for customer communication

• Prior exposure to heat pump, solar, or energy management sectors

This working student position is based in Köln with flexible hours designed to accommodate your university schedule.
