Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Graduate Operations Supervisor for their Oberhausen facility. In this role, you will:

• Lead operational teams: Manage, motivate, and inspire a team of over 100 warehouse associates daily, serving as their primary point of contact while fostering a positive work culture
• Oversee shift operations: Direct daily operations in an automated fulfillment environment, ensuring seamless integration between automated systems and manual processes
• Drive process improvements: Identify bottlenecks and lead your own optimization projects, using data analytics to sustainably increase supply chain efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics: Track KPIs and make informed decisions based on real-time operational data
• Collaborate across functions: Work closely with technical and operational teams to quickly escalate system issues and maintain smooth supply chain flow

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Ideally, initial team coaching or leadership experience (through internships, volunteer work, or athletics)
• Fluent German and strong English communication skills for international team collaboration
• Willingness to work shift schedules including Saturdays
• Passion for questioning processes and driving continuous improvement
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on the floor to achieve KPIs
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
