Graduate Operations Supervisor (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization operating one of Europe's largest automated fulfillment facilities. As a Graduate Operations Supervisor, you will take immediate ownership of critical supply chain operations:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of over 100 warehouse associates daily. You will be the primary point of contact for your team members and foster a positive work culture.
• Shift Management: Oversee daily operations in an automated fulfillment environment, ensuring seamless integration between automated systems and manual processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and lead your own improvement projects. Use data analytics to sustainably increase supply chain efficiency.
• Performance Accountability: Monitor performance targets and make informed decisions based on real-time operational data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to quickly escalate technical issues and guarantee smooth supply chain operations.

What We're Looking For

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Ideally, initial experience coaching teams through internships, volunteer work, or sports activities
• Fluent German and strong English skills for communication within an international team
• Willingness to work in shift patterns, including Saturdays
• Passion for questioning processes and driving continuous improvement
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to get involved in operations to achieve KPIs
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making
