About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in München that is seeking a working student to support their marketing operations team. This role offers hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM management, and data quality processes in a professional B2B environment.

As a member of our client's marketing team, you will help optimize automation workflows, maintain system data integrity, and support content marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for approximately 15 hours per week and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies, with remote work available several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and configuration of automated marketing workflows and email campaigns within the marketing automation platform
• Maintain CRM data quality through regular database hygiene, updates, and enrichment activities
• Manage lead upload processes and ensure new contacts are correctly integrated into company systems
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve marketing reporting and analytics
• Assist the content marketing team with development and execution of various topics and formats
• Support operational marketing processes and contribute to system optimization initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester
• Ideally some prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM tool through internships, projects, or coursework
• Strong interest in data management topics and enthusiasm for learning new tools and processes
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with initiative and independent problem-solving skills
• German and English language proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Available for approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling around your studies
