About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential construction organization in Germany seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Senior Bauleiter) to join their team in München. Our client specializes in complex high-rise and commercial building projects, delivering quality outcomes with professional project execution. This is an opportunity to take on significant responsibility in managing demanding construction projects with a stable, established company.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage complex high-rise building projects from execution through completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, on-site teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensure construction execution meets schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Manage construction workflows and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges
• Maintain alignment with clients, planners, project managers, and internal and external partners throughout project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for high-rise/commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and contract law, ideally including VOB (German construction contract procedures)
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
