About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company in their search for a working student to support office management and employee experience at their Nürnberg location. Our client is building integrated energy solutions and is expanding their regional presence with a new office and showroom space.

This is a working student position requiring 15–20 hours per week during semester time, with the possibility of up to 40 hours during semester breaks. You must be currently enrolled at a German university with at least two semesters remaining.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and design of a new office location and showroom in Nürnberg
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including workplace preparation and hardware setup
• Manage daily office operations including mail management and vendor coordination
• Provide operational support to the People Operations team
• Organize regular team events and activities
• Help create a positive, motivating, and welcoming work environment for the entire on-site team

What We're Looking For

• Active enrollment at a German university with at least two semesters remaining
• Availability of 15–20 hours per week during semester (up to 40 hours during breaks)
• Previous practical experience from working student roles, internships, or part-time jobs in office, event, HR, or service areas (advantageous)
• Reliable, well-structured working style with a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and openness, with ability to maintain overview when managing parallel tasks
• High motivation for regular on-site presence
• Very good German language skills required; English skills advantageous
