Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential educational technology organization based in Cologne. They focus on knowledge transfer and digital learning solutions, serving customers through online courses, coaching, events, and publications. With a team of approximately 20 people, they are committed to integrating AI throughout their products and internal processes.

We are seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) with a focus on AI to support their product management team. In this role, you will work on practical applications of AI across products, processes, and the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and develop AI agents and automated workflows for real-world application
• Research, evaluate, and test new AI tools and technologies independently to determine relevance for the organization and its customers
• Communicate directly with course participants to understand their questions, challenges, and needs, then incorporate these insights into product development
• Analyze internal processes and customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement through AI implementation
• Support product management in developing courses and learning content by contributing emerging AI topics, tools, and developments
• Develop and test new AI use cases, creating practical applications and best practices for participants and customers
• Contribute your own ideas and projects, taking ownership of implementation when appropriate
• Present on camera when suitable, explaining and demonstrating tools, workflows, and AI use cases in an accessible manner

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Computer Science, Business Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field
• Initial experience with artificial intelligence, automation, or digital technologies through studies, personal projects, or self-directed learning
• Active engagement with the current AI tool ecosystem; hands-on experience using tools like Claude, Perplexity, Cursor, or comparable applications for projects and workflows
• Enthusiasm for AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows with desire to develop and implement solutions
• Strong technical understanding; familiarity with cloud applications, APIs, and digital tools
• Active monitoring of AI developments through LinkedIn, industry media, or other relevant sources
• Ability to quickly and independently learn new tools, technologies, and subject areas
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong hands-on mentality
• Comfortable communicating with customers and explaining complex technical concepts clearly and solution-oriented
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

Advantageous but not required:

• Practical experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, APIs, or AI agents
• Personal projects or experiments in AI and automation
• Experience creating content or learning materials
• On-camera experience and enthusiasm for explaining tools, workflows, and AI applications clearly
