Werkstudent (m/w/d) Portfoliomanagement – Windenergie

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support portfolio management in the wind energy sector. In this role, you will:

• Support senior operations leadership with strategic company development initiatives
• Assist in the analysis, maintenance, and advancement of the wind energy project portfolio
• Collaborate on creating reports, presentations, and decision-making materials for management
• Support economic viability, risk, and scenario analyses of projects
• Prepare and evaluate portfolio and project data along with relevant key performance indicators
• Contribute to the optimization of processes, methods, and tools in portfolio management
• Support cross-departmental coordination with project teams and internal stakeholders
• Assist with required reporting in both English and German

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Renewable Energy, or a comparable field
• Interest in wind energy, project development, and strategic portfolio management
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical and data handling capabilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Very good German language skills and good English proficiency in written and spoken form (minimum B2 level)
