Produktmanager im Bereich Prozessanalytik / TOC (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential process analytics organization in Berlin seeking a Product Manager for their TOC (Total Organic Carbon) portfolio. In this role, you will:

• Manage products throughout their complete lifecycle – from initial concept through development, market launch, and ongoing evolution
• Develop product strategies, conduct market analyses, and create go-to-market concepts
• Act as Product Owner, collaborating closely with development, marketing, sales, and service teams
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape, analyze technical requirements, and translate them into compelling product solutions
• Take ownership of industry verticals and manage B2B customer relationships independently
• Deliver practical training sessions for internal teams and external customers, sharing your technical expertise

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Chemistry, Process Engineering, Physics, or Industrial Engineering
• Knowledge of the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries is advantageous
• Strong technical aptitude with demonstrated experience in B2B marketing
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Deep understanding of technical systems and complex relationships
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; comfort working across cultures

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Berlin market.
