Unser Talent-Team bei Get A Job.ai vertritt einen etablierten Einzelhandels- und E-Commerce-Kunden in Rostock, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten IT Admin (m/w/d), der das IT-Team bei der Betreuung von Büro- und Filialstandorten unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Supporttickets über das Helpdesk-System für mehrere Standorte
- Unterstützung bei der Problemlösung für Kollegen im Büro und in den Filialen
- Installation und Konfiguration neuer Laptops nach Unternehmensstandards
- Regelmäßige Überprüfung der IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, insbesondere im Bereich Passwort-Management
- Schnelle und effiziente Reaktion auf IT-Anfragen aus verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen
Was wir suchen
- Laufendes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Kenntnisse in IT-Software und -Hardware sowie erste Erfahrung im IT-Support
- Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
