About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is seeking a Web Developer to join their Marketing team. This role focuses on building and optimizing high-converting web experiences that drive measurable business impact. You'll work on maintaining and implementing new features for the marketing website, with particular emphasis on landing pages, funnels, and performance optimization.

As part of the website team, you'll collaborate across Content, Brand, and other departments to deliver web experiences aligned with quarterly business objectives and company growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize high-converting web experiences with strong focus on web performance, SEO, and conversion rates
• Maintain and implement new features on the marketing website, including landing pages and conversion funnels
• Collaborate with partners across the organization to plan and execute larger initiatives from technical scoping through delivery
• Perform code reviews and support ongoing site maintenance
• Monitor and improve website accessibility and performance metrics
• Measure and optimize Core Web Vitals and their impact on SEO and conversion rates
• Set up and map events in Google Analytics, track and analyze data to inform optimization decisions
• Align technical decisions with business goals and customer acquisition outcomes

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional web development experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Extensive experience building user-facing web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js), including dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR)
• Strong proficiency with modern CSS and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
• Experience building and customizing headless CMS solutions; familiarity with Sanity and GROQ is a plus
• Strong understanding of web performance best practices and hands-on experience measuring and improving performance using browser tooling
• Experience with modern front-end build tooling, including Webpack configuration and build pipeline troubleshooting
• Experience planning projects end-to-end, including technical scoping, estimation, and task breakdown
• Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows, including leading code reviews
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking and optimization

• Excellent collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, and Engineering teams
• Comfortable mentoring other developers and providing constructive feedback through code reviews
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strategic thinking that aligns technical decisions with business goals
• Ability to apply marketing metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact) to development work
• Personal interest in staying current with emerging tools and best practices in front-end development
