Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital services organization in München. This established firm has been delivering digital solutions since the early 1990s and maintains a strong presence in the German market with over 140 professionals across multiple locations.

We're searching for a Senior Architect to join their technical leadership team. In this role, you'll define system architectures for complex digital platforms, guide cross-functional teams through technical decisions, and ensure solutions balance quality, business value, and delivery constraints.

Responsibilities

• Define robust target architectures and system models for complex digital solutions
• Assess technical options for business value, feasibility, scalability, security, and commercial viability
• Create alignment across client stakeholders, engineering teams, consulting, project management, and other disciplines
• Guide architecture decisions actively through to delivery and implementation
• Make decisions under uncertainty, clarify technical trade-offs, and manage risks
• Support presales activities and contribute to architecture standards and best practices
• Provide professional direction and mentorship to junior and intermediate colleagues
• Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in solution and system architecture for digital platforms
• Strong expertise in architecture models, integrations, scalability, security, and technical delivery
• Demonstrated ability to advise clients and internal stakeholders confidently up to senior decision-making levels
• Track record of connecting professional quality with business value, commercial viability, and delivery realities
• Experience facilitating conflicting objectives and leading complex decisions toward robust outcomes
• Professional direction and mentorship capabilities for developing junior and intermediate team members
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to own complex areas of responsibility independently
