Video & Content Producer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential construction technology company in their search for a Video & Content Producer. This is a 6-month temporary position based in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office per week). The role may be extended based on performance and business needs.

Our client is transforming how construction projects move through compliance and permitting workflows. You'll be joining at an exciting growth phase, creating video and photo content that tells the story of innovation in a traditional industry.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end video and photo production: shooting, editing, and publishing content
• Film and edit coverage from customer events, internal company gatherings, and industry speaking engagements
• Transform raw footage into social-ready content including recaps, highlights, and short-form clips
• Build and maintain an employee story series featuring interviews, new hire spotlights, and team features
• Coordinate content calendars for company social channels and leadership presence
• Support event logistics including scheduling, coordination, and on-site production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor content for specific audiences
• Develop and execute new content series that align with business objectives
• Capture a wide range of events from customer conferences to recruiting activities and team gatherings

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience shooting and editing video and photo content
• A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across interviews, event coverage, and social content
• Ability to run solo shoots including camera operation, audio setup, and lighting
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software
• Natural storytelling instinct with the ability to craft compelling narratives from raw footage
• Self-directed work style with strong organizational skills
• Understanding of what makes content perform on social platforms, not just look polished
• Bonus: familiarity with B2B software or technology sectors

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai will be competitive and commensurate with experience within the $90K–$120K range for this temporary position.
