User Acquisition Manager (Radiotech)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential mobile app company in their search for a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid growth strategy for a music learning product. This is a remote opportunity with a product that has reached millions of users worldwide.

Our client is a global team building engaging apps in the music and wellness space. You'll be joining a dedicated product team focused on making music education more accessible through mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute user acquisition strategy across paid channels for a piano learning app
• Partner with creative teams to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives including playables, video, and static assets
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations
• Lead geographic expansion efforts, adapting strategy and creative to local markets
• Build and maintain automation processes for bidding, budget allocation, and campaign management
• Monitor key metrics including CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and subscription conversion rates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and growth teams

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing
• Proven track record managing paid UA campaigns across major channels (Meta, Google, AppLovin, TikTok, etc.) with significant budget responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of LTV, ROAS, CPP, retention, and cohort-based metrics
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
• Experience building or managing automation and auto-rules for bid and budget optimization
• Familiarity with creative testing processes and ability to effectively brief creative teams
• Experience expanding products into new geographic markets with understanding of localization dynamics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or scripting (Google Apps Script) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions
