Creative Marketing Manager (FitMe)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile wellness technology company in their search for a Creative Marketing Manager. Our client has achieved significant global reach with their health and fitness applications, and they're now expanding their creative team to drive user acquisition for a home fitness platform designed for busy professionals.

This is a fully remote position where you'll develop performance-driven creative strategies across Meta, Google, and other advertising networks. You'll collaborate closely with product and user acquisition teams to identify key features, test collaborative approaches, and optimize campaigns based on data and user feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative strategies and concepts to promote mobile applications in the fitness and wellness space
• Partner with Product and UA teams to identify application advantages and test performance-boosting approaches
• Optimize creatives based on analytical data and user feedback
• Conduct competitor research and analyze market best practices
• Create advertisements for Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms
• Organize brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams
• Write briefs for UGC content, evaluate results, and iterate to improve performance
• Collaborate with designers and illustrators to rapidly test creative ideas
• Balance creativity with performance goals and ROI requirements

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience as a creative marketing manager or creative producer in performance marketing (preferably in healthy lifestyle, nutrition, or fitness verticals)
• Data-driven approach to creative development and optimization
• Deep understanding of target audiences and their needs in the wellness space
• Proven ability to create and implement performing creative strategies
• Experience with analytics and creative optimization
• Strong understanding of modern trends across social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Independent working style with ability to drive processes forward
• Flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Ability to combine strong ideation skills with structured thinking
