UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant

Deloitte is hiring a UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant in Kansas City, Jackson County, to support our Human Capital practice. In this full-time role, you'll guide enterprise clients through complex HR system transformations and help them optimize their workforce strategies.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant focused on UKG PRO HCM implementations, you'll partner with leading organizations to design, configure, and deploy modern human capital management solutions. You'll lead functional transformation initiatives that improve how businesses manage talent, time, compliance, and workforce planning. Your expertise will help clients align their HR operations with their strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

• Design and architect UKG PRO solutions tailored to client business requirements and process optimization opportunities
• Lead configuration, customization, and testing of HCM functionality including payroll, time and labor, benefits administration, and talent management
• Partner with clients to map current HR processes, identify improvement opportunities, and guide them through functional transformation
• Mentor and support junior team members throughout implementation engagements
• Develop training materials and change management strategies to ensure successful system adoption
• Provide advisory services on HR best practices, system governance, and organizational workflow optimization
• Document technical specifications, business requirements, and implementation approaches for client and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of HCM consulting or implementation experience with UKG PRO or similar enterprise HR systems
• Deep functional expertise in at least two HCM domains (payroll, time and labor, benefits, talent management, or workforce planning)
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and organizational change management
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
