Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT)

LifeStance Health is hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT) for our Ashburn, Loudoun County office. This is a part-time clinical position where you'll provide direct mental health services to clients in our community, working within a supportive team committed to making mental healthcare accessible, affordable, and personalized.

About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with LifeStance Health in Ashburn, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough clinical documentation. You'll collaborate with our care coordination team to ensure integrated, patient-centered care that supports measurable health outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and document all clinical work thoroughly
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians, psychiatrists, and members of the broader care team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Support clients in achieving their mental health and wellness goals

What We're Looking For

• Current, active Virginia license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT
• Demonstrated skill in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Clinical experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered care
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to function effectively in a collaborative, team-based care model
