As a Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee daily operations during your shifts and ensure our coffeehouse delivers an exceptional experience to every customer. You'll work alongside baristas and team members to maintain our quality standards while creating an environment that reflects Starbucks values and builds meaningful connections with our community.
