This full-time position plays a vital role in our Property Management team, ensuring building occupants receive responsive, professional service while helping us operate properties smoothly on behalf of our clients.

About the Role

As a key member of our Washington, D.C. property management office, you'll handle the day-to-day coordination that keeps our tenant relationships strong and our buildings running efficiently. You'll bridge communication between tenants, vendors, and the internal team, solving problems quickly and representing CBRE with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

  • Field tenant calls and inquiries, providing timely responses and routing requests to appropriate team members
  • Process written tenant communications, including maintenance requests, lease questions, and service coordination
  • Coordinate delivery services and package management for building tenants and vendors
  • Support administrative operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and documentation
  • Manage vendor communications and scheduling for services that support building operations
  • Track and follow up on tenant service requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Assist with lease-related coordination and tenant move-in/move-out logistics
