UGC Creator – Food Content

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing mobile application in the food and cooking space, and we need talented UGC creators who can produce engaging short-form video content. You'll be responsible for the full production cycle:

• Script, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels) for paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok
• Create authentic cooking content on camera, demonstrating real product usage in your own kitchen
• Develop your own creative approaches and hooks rather than waiting for detailed briefs
• Work quickly—shoot and edit content within the same week
• Analyze performance data from your own ads and optimize accordingly
• Learn from what works across the broader creator team and apply those insights to your content

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a UGC creator with a portfolio of short-form video content you've scripted, filmed, and edited yourself
• You enjoy cooking and are comfortable being on camera
• Access to a kitchen where you can film at any time
• Strong video editing skills to quickly turn raw footage into polished clips
• Ability to work independently and manage your own production schedule
• Nice to have: existing audience or presence in the food or home cooking niche
• German language skills preferred for this Hamburg-based opportunity

Pay

This is a freelance position with commission-based compensation tied to advertising budget performance. You'll need to invoice as a freelance contractor (Gewerbe required). Compensation scales with the volume and performance of your content.
