Newsletter Producer (Copy & Design) (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Düsseldorf that specializes in e-mail campaigns for e-commerce clients. As Newsletter Producer, you will own the entire production process from briefing to delivery.

Each morning you'll receive assignments for multiple client campaigns. You'll read the brief, develop the structure, write subject lines and body copy, assemble design blocks from the team's design system, adapt graphics (sometimes using AI tools), and prepare newsletters for client approval and send-out.

You will manage 30 to 40 brands simultaneously. Within weeks you'll internalize each brand's voice and visual identity. Your work goes live to real customers of real brands, and you'll see performance results.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, content, or digital campaigns where you've written copy or created visual content
• Feel for both text and design: you recognize what looks good and which words fit the context
• Extremely fast learner: you master new tools in days
• Comfortable with AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• Drive and ambition: you take feedback and improve week over week
• Ownership mindset: you want to be responsible for the whole deliverable, not just a piece
• Speed and quality: you build copy that converts and design that convinces
• Full-time on-site availability in Düsseldorf

Prior experience with Figma, newsletter platforms, or formal design training is not required. The client values judgment, pace, and attitude, and will train the right person on the rest.
