UI/UX Designer als E-Mail Marketer (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketing agency in Düsseldorf that manages campaigns for over 150 online retailers across the DACH region. As UI/UX Designer and Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the complete newsletter creation process from concept to delivery.

Each morning, you'll receive campaign briefs from various retail clients. Your role includes:

• Reading client briefs and planning newsletter structure and messaging strategy
• Writing compelling subject lines and body copy that drive conversions
• Designing email layouts using the company's Figma design system
• Adapting graphics and visual elements, leveraging AI tools where appropriate
• Managing client approvals and final deployment
• Maintaining brand voice and visual identity across 30–40 different brands simultaneously

This is a full-cycle role—you will not hand off text to designers or wait for others to complete your work. The entire newsletter is your responsibility.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in marketing, content creation, or digital campaign work
• Strong instinct for both copywriting and visual design—you understand what looks good and what words sell
• Exceptional learning speed with new tools and platforms (days, not weeks)
• Comfortable working with AI tools as part of your regular workflow
• High work capacity and ambition—this is a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Willingness to take ownership of complete deliverables, not just individual tasks
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Düsseldorf with the team

Not required: Formal design education, prior Figma experience, or newsletter portfolio. The client will train the right candidate who demonstrates the right eye, tempo, and attitude.

Pay

The client offers €3,500–€6,000 per month, with the goal of converting successful hires to permanent contracts. Compensation details with the client will be discussed during the interview process they conduct.
