E-Mail Copywriter / Texter mit Schwerpunkt Design & Umsetzung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce marketing agency in Düsseldorf that operates at serious scale—handling campaigns for over 150 online retailers across the DACH region.

As an E-Mail Copywriter with a focus on design and implementation, you'll own the entire newsletter creation process from brief to send. Each morning you'll receive assignments: one client needs a sale announcement, another is launching a new product category. You'll read the brief, plan the structure, write subject lines and body copy, pull design blocks from the existing Figma system, adapt graphics (sometimes with AI assistance), and prepare the finished newsletter for client approval and deployment.

You'll manage 30 to 40 brands simultaneously. Within weeks, you'll know each brand's voice and visual identity inside out. This is high-volume work—our client sends millions of emails monthly—and every line is written and designed by a human team member, not templates.

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German writing ability: you write copy that converts, not just copy that sounds nice
• Strong visual sense: you know what looks good and you're willing to work in design tools
• Extremely fast learner: you pick up new software in days, not weeks
• Ambition and self-drive: you take feedback seriously and improve every week
• Comfort with AI tools: using Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms is second nature
• Full ownership mindset: you want to be responsible for the whole deliverable, not just one piece of it
• High energy and commitment: this is a 100% on-site role in Düsseldorf with a fast-paced, collaborative team

Experience with Figma, newsletter platforms, or formal design training is not required. Our client will train the right person. What matters is your eye, your speed, and your attitude.

Pay

The client offers €3,500 to €6,000 per month, depending on experience. Every hire is made with the goal of permanent employment after a successful trial period.
