Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential platform business in Berlin seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive internal enablement and CRM transformation. You will own the strategic roadmap for a modern Salesforce ecosystem that powers revenue operations and customer service at scale.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute a product strategy that translates business growth objectives into a scalable, future-proof Salesforce architecture
• Conduct user research, process analysis, and quantitative investigations to identify root causes and validate high-impact opportunities
• Challenge existing workflows to establish reusable system components, clean data flows, and clear boundaries between Salesforce and integrated tools
• Make evidence-based backlog prioritization decisions focused on business growth and operational scalability
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce architects, administrators, data experts, and software engineers to manage the product lifecycle and deliver testable, incremental value
• Partner with sales and operations stakeholders, actively supporting teams through training, change management, and rollout of new processes
• Track initiatives through clear success metrics and advance the use of AI tools to continuously optimize processes and outcomes

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates with:

• Proven success as a Senior Product Manager leading comprehensive CRM transformations with deep, hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (relevant certifications are a plus)
• Strong foundation in continuous product discovery and the ability to translate high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-oriented metrics
• Solid understanding of system architectures, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and connected platforms
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and drive successful adoption of new features and workflows at all organizational levels
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily work (e.g., for research, technical analysis, or prototyping) to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Fluent German and English language skills for seamless collaboration with international technical teams and local operational departments
