Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the proptech sector, based in Berlin, seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their Salesforce and Internal Enablement capabilities. This role sits at the heart of operational transformation, powning the CRM and internal tooling infrastructure that enables sales teams and customer operations to scale efficiently.

In this position, you will define and execute a strategic product roadmap that transforms growth objectives into a modern, future-proof Salesforce ecosystem. You'll be responsible for:

• Translating business growth strategies into a clear vision for operational systems and processes
• Combining user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify high-impact opportunities and validate solutions systematically
• Challenging legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities, clean data flows, and clear technical boundaries between systems
• Making evidence-based prioritization decisions focused on business growth and operational scalability
• Partnering closely with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Data teams, and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle and deliver incremental value
• Aligning stakeholders across Sales and Operations, guiding teams through training, change management, and process adoption
• Tracking success metrics to measure efficiency gains and exploring AI applications to optimize workflows continuously

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a hands-on product leader with proven experience driving large-scale CRM transformations. The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager leading CRM transformation projects, with deep hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (certifications are a strong advantage)
• Expertise in continuous product discovery and translating high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-based metrics
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and adjacent platforms
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and drive product adoption across all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into workflows for research, technical discovery, or prototyping to enhance productivity
• Business fluency in both English and German to collaborate effectively with technical teams and support change management with local operational staff
