About This Position

This is a full-time Tree Trimmer role based in Fort White, Florida. You'll be part of a travel pod — a dedicated team that moves across job sites, tackling tree trimming, pruning, and maintenance work. You'll work alongside experienced crew members, using professional equipment to safely and effectively shape trees, remove deadwood, and maintain healthy growth. This role combines outdoor work with team collaboration in a structured, safety-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Trim, prune, and maintain trees according to industry standards and customer specifications
• Operate handheld and powered trimming equipment safely and effectively
• Remove dead or damaged branches, limbs, and trees when necessary
• Load and transport equipment and debris to and from job sites
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order
• Travel with your crew pod to multiple job sites throughout the region
• Communicate with crew leads and follow site-specific instructions

What You Bring

• Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights
• Willingness to travel as part of a crew pod
• Experience with tree trimming, landscaping, or related outdoor work (preferred but not required)
• Ability to follow safety instructions and use equipment responsibly
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
