This is a full-time, on-site travel assignment for a licensed Physical Therapist based in Fernley, Lyon County, Nevada. As a travel PT with Aya Healthcare, you'll step into an immediate opening and deliver hands-on patient care while enjoying the variety and flexibility that come with contract work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and design individualized treatment plans that support mobility, strength, and recovery goals.
- Carry out therapeutic interventions and track progress throughout the course of care.
- Educate patients and their families on exercises, safe movement, and ongoing self-management.
- Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and the wider care team to keep treatment aligned and effective.
- Document evaluations, sessions, and outcomes accurately and on time.
