Working under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, you will help patients regain independence and improve daily functioning while experiencing a fresh location and care team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out occupational therapy treatment plans designed by the supervising occupational therapist.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities that build strength, mobility, and everyday living skills.
- Track patient progress and document outcomes accurately throughout the contract.
- Collaborate with the on-site care team to support safe, effective, patient-centered therapy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Active or eligible licensure to practice in New Mexico.
- Willingness to relocate temporarily for a 13-week travel assignment in the Albuquerque, NM region.
- Availability for day-shift hours.
