What You'll Do
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Perform patient hygiene and comfort care tasks as assigned
- Help maintain equipment, treatment areas, and patient records in compliance with facility standards
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team to support safe, evidence-based patient care
- Help patients understand and perform home exercise programs
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification (state of New Jersey)
- Proven ability to work effectively in clinical settings with diverse patient populations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and dignity
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move patients safely with proper body mechanics
- Flexibility and reliability in a structured, fast-paced environment
