About the Role

As an Agentic Commerce Manager, you bridge the gap between commerce innovation and customer relevance. You'll oversee the coordination of autonomous commerce platforms, digital experience strategy, and technology-enabled marketing initiatives for enterprise clients across industries. This role combines strategic commerce oversight with hands-on collaboration across client teams to accelerate measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead agentic commerce initiatives that integrate AI-driven personalization, transaction orchestration, and customer journey management
• Partner with creative, technology, and customer experience teams to design and execute commerce-focused campaigns and market strategies
• Develop and refine commerce platforms and content orchestration approaches that improve customer engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate client goals into cohesive growth and revenue strategies
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, and project execution across cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for clients to leverage emerging commerce technologies and autonomous systems
• Contribute to business growth through client success, retention, and expanded service delivery

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in commerce management, e-commerce strategy, or technology-enabled customer engagement
• Strong understanding of marketing technology, commerce platforms, and digital transformation
• Experience managing complex client relationships and cross-functional project teams
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate business challenges into actionable commerce solutions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
