As a Trades Maintenance Specialist I (Job Classification 5798) within Pima County's Facilities Management department, you will perform a range of general building maintenance tasks across county facilities in downtown Tucson. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on county buildings and related systems
• Complete basic repairs across multiple trade areas to keep facilities operational
• Respond to service requests and address upkeep needs throughout downtown locations

• Follow established safety standards and document work as required

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or training in general building maintenance or a skilled trade

Compensation

This is a full-time position at Salary Grade 6. The hiring range is $21.12 to $24.81 per hour, an estimate of where an offer is likely to land, with a full pay range of $21.12 to $28.50 per hour. The actual offer is determined based on a careful review of qualifications and experience.
