Core Duties

  • Record maintenance activities, findings, and completion details in work logs and systems
  • Coordinate with team members to schedule preventive maintenance and respond to emergencies
  • Ensure all work meets regulatory standards and Statkraft's safety protocols

Requirements

  • Technical certification or formal training in electrical systems, power maintenance, or related discipline
  • Proven hands-on experience maintaining or repairing transmission or power distribution equipment
  • Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics, manuals, and equipment specifications
  • Competence with mechanical and hand tools used in transmission work
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Cajatambo site
  • Spanish language fluency; additional technical English ability is an asset
  • Physical capability to work safely at heights and in outdoor environmental conditions
