Core Duties
- Evaluate workplace environments to identify and assess occupational health hazards including chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic risks
- Design and recommend engineering controls, administrative measures, and personal protective equipment solutions tailored to client needs
- Provide expert guidance on compliance with OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and other relevant occupational health frameworks
- Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and implementation timelines
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Ramboll's growing industrial hygiene practice
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting assessments, methodology, and evidence-based recommendations
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in industrial hygiene, chemistry, engineering, occupational health, or related discipline
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential or eligible to obtain within 12 months
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in occupational health and safety consulting or related environmental health field
- Demonstrated success leading client engagements and managing complex technical projects
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn specialized software tools
