Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Team Leader for their fulfillment operations in Erlangen, Bavaria. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, leading a team of 20+ warehouse associates through coaching, motivation, and hands-on support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Team Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for your team, providing mentorship and fostering their professional development
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with fellow team leaders and shift supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse processes and achieve daily targets
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all orders leave the facility on time, safely, and meeting quality standards while maintaining composure during high-pressure situations
• Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for optimizing logistics workflows and encourage team members to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Hands-On Management: Balance leadership duties with direct involvement in warehouse operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Alternatively, minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory position within logistics
• Fluent German and good English language skills for communication within an international team environment
• Flexibility to work two-shift rotation (6:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week
• Passion for working with people and willingness to lead by example
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Cool-headed problem solver who maintains calm during operational challenges

Pay

Our client offers an annual salary between €34,000 and €38,000 gross, with regular performance reviews supporting your personal and financial growth.
