Teamleiter Logistik (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential logistics organization seeking a Team Leader to oversee daily operations at their fulfillment center in Mannheim. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of 20+ warehouse associates, serving as their primary point of contact and supporting their professional development. You will collaborate closely with fellow team leaders and shift management to ensure smooth operational flow and achievement of daily targets.

Your core responsibilities include coaching and motivating your team, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring all orders leave the facility on time with the highest quality standards. You will proactively manage processes, remain calm under pressure, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of logistics operations. This hands-on leadership position requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to work alongside your team.

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training in logistics, hospitality, gastronomy, or a related field
• Alternatively, minimum 1 year of experience in team leadership or a similar supervisory role within logistics operations
• Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency for communication in an international environment
• Flexibility to work two shifts (6:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, including Saturdays) in a 37.5-hour work week
• Passion for working with people and leading by example with a hands-on approach
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Calm demeanor and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced situations
