Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is hiring a full-time Teacher for the 2025–26 school year at our new K-12 campus in Franklin Lakes, Bergen County. This is an excellent opportunity to shape student outcomes from day one in a fast-growing, high-performing charter school network dedicated to providing quality public education.
About the Role
As a Teacher in our expanding network, you'll work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and school leadership to deliver rigorous, engaging instruction that meets students where they are. Whether you're launching your teaching career or bringing years of classroom expertise, you'll join a community that prioritizes student achievement and professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver standards-aligned lessons across grade levels (K–12 campus scope)
- Build strong relationships with students and families to support academic and personal development
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with your school team on curriculum, school culture, and continuous improvement
- Maintain a classroom environment where all students feel safe, respected, and challenged to excel

- A valid New York or New Jersey teaching certificate (or eligibility to obtain one)
