About the Role
As a full-time Signature Seeker Specialist, you'll travel directly to clients to facilitate prompt, accurate, and professional notarizations. This on-the-move position is ideal for someone who thrives on independence, values precision, and enjoys helping people complete important paperwork without delay.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients at homes, offices, and other locations throughout Wichita and Sedgwick County to perform mobile notary services.
- Verify the identity of signers and confirm they are signing willingly and knowingly.
- Witness signatures and complete notarial acts in full compliance with Kansas state requirements.
- Manage same-day and scheduled appointments efficiently while maintaining a polished, professional presence.
- Keep accurate records of each notarization and safeguard sensitive client information.
Qualifications
- Current commission as a notary public (or eligibility and willingness to obtain one).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy on every document.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, client-first attitude.
- Reliable transportation and the flexibility to travel across the Wichita and Sedgwick County region.
- Ability to work independently while managing time and appointments responsibly.
