Lead IT Specialist

Prestage is hiring a Lead IT Specialist to join our team in Eagle Grove, Iowa. This is a full-time position for an experienced IT professional ready to lead technical initiatives and drive our organization's technology strategy.

About This Position

We're seeking a Lead IT Specialist to oversee our IT operations and technology infrastructure. In this leadership role, you'll manage our technical team, direct system performance and security, and ensure our technology investments align with business goals. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor IT team members while overseeing day-to-day IT operations
• Manage network infrastructure, systems, and security protocols to maintain reliability
• Develop IT strategies and roadmaps that support business objectives and scalability
• Handle IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement decisions
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across systems and infrastructure
• Establish and enforce data security, compliance, and industry-standard practices
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee IT projects and system upgrades
• Support departments and end users with technical guidance and problem resolution

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in IT leadership, systems administration, or senior IT roles
• Deep knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and IT systems
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate IT teams
• Solid grasp of IT security, data protection, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or similar) a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred
