PPE Room Clerk

Prestage is hiring a PPE Room Clerk to join our team in Eagle Grove, Iowa. This is a full-time position supporting our facility's personal protective equipment operations and inventory management.

Position Summary

The PPE Room Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining our organization's supply of personal protective equipment. You will be responsible for inventory management, organization, and distribution of PPE items to ensure our workforce has safe, compliant access to required protective gear. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming PPE inventory
• Maintain accurate records of PPE stock levels and movement
• Fulfill PPE requests from employees and departments
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile records with system data
• Store and shelve PPE items according to organizational standards
• Monitor expiration dates and remove expired items from circulation
• Maintain a clean and organized PPE storage facility
• Assist with inventory counts and system data entry as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Reliable and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills for inventory system operation
